Our Return Policy

Items may be returned by mail within 14 days from when the item was received.

The following items are non-returnable:

•     Items purchased on sale or discount.
•     Items which have been worn, altered or washed.
•     Swimwear, underwear and bodysuits.
•     Accessories, which includes hats, jewelry, hair accessories, belts, sunglasses, scarves, bags and intimates.
•     Items which are missing tags.
•     Vintage Chanel.

Refunds will not be issued for the above. 

Return Instructions

If you’re not 100% happy with your purchase you can send it back to us within 14 days from receipt for a full refund. Just follow the instructions below:

1.    Package up your item(s), making sure they are in a brand new and unworn condition
2.    Log into your account at www.westlaboutique.com
3.    Click to view your order history
4.    Click the icon to ‘view’ your order
5.    Click on the return icon next to the product you would like to return
6.    Fill in the details and click continue
7.    Post your item(s) back to us via any reliable mail service provider to:

Please follow these steps for every item that you wish to return. 

If you do not have an account with us, simply email the Customer Care team.

As soon as your return has been received, we’ll send you email confirmation and then refund back to the original method of payment. If you would prefer store credit, simply request it in the “other details” box. Please note that shipping costs, taxes and duties are non-refundable. 

You can track the status of your return in the returns section of your account. 

The parcel is the customer's responsibility until it reaches WEST L.A. so we recommend obtaining proof of postage.

Please ensure that items are returned back to us in a new, unworn and unwashed condition, with the return tag attached and in tact. Items that do not meet these criteria or are non-returnable will not be accepted.

Returns Processing

Refunds will be processed back to the original form of payment, or via store credit upon request (valid for 6 months). 

Qualifying returns are processed as soon as they are received, and notification of receipt will be sent via email. Refunds will be processed within 7 working days.
